Red Carpet Tips caught up with actress Kim Coles at the GLAAD Hancock Park: Top Chef Invasion event. The In Living Color alumna and Living Single star was out in style on the red carpet for a good cause, describing the event as a “lovely gathering” of “beautiful souls”.
When RCT reporter Daniel Trainor pointed out her evening apparel, Coles showed off a black dress with white circular patterns, cinched at the waist with a simple belt, along with matching silver hoop earrings. A blue beaded turquoise bracelet and ring on her right hand completed the outfit. “When you come to GLAAD, you have to bring it,” she said. “You have to represent.” She said she was happy to put in the effort for an event so full of love, as well as sample the delicious food.
Coles is currently the host of Are You Normal, America? on the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN), where contestants try to determine the “normal” answers to abnormal questions. She also has an upcoming one-woman show, Oh But Wait, There’s More! at the Renberg Theatre at the Gay and Lesbian Center in Los Angeles.
